Take Small Steps: Long strides are the hallmark of a sexy confident woman but by taking smaller steps, less pressure is applied to your feet, which lessens the chance of pains in your feet.

Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize: Remember to moisturize your feet because after a long day, your feet could be left with dry and even cracked skin, which for the most part can be avoided. To redouble your efforts, wear socks to bed after moisturizing so that your gets the full benefit of the treatment.
