A glass of warm water with a little squeezed lemon awakens your digestive system and helps it to move better. You can drink it instead of a green tea with lemon.

2. Morning: Try Yoga

Yoga helps to throw off toxins from your body and have a better digestion.

3. Snack: Eat a Tropical Snack

Both the pineapple and papaya contain enzymes that help to burn fat faster. You can eat it either in pieces or by making it a juice.

4. All Day: Eat More Slowly

Eating too fast can result in a lot of air trapped in your system. So try to chew slowly to reduce their chances to fill your stomach with air.

5. All Day: Drink More Water

The refreshing water removes toxins from your body and also the extra salt that might be responsible for inflating you. Remind yourself to drink water constantly and have a full bottle of water constantly beside you all day.

Stop chewing gum and you will feel less bloated. Not only it has to do with the fact that chewing gum constantly brings more air in you but it also has many sugary containing which can rise your pressure.

7. Night: Sleep On Time

Sleep helps to adjust your metabolism. Thus, lack of sleep can make you feel strange. Try to sleep 7-9 hours a day (it is best to sleep at night).
